How To Post Ads

Ad Posting

When advertising online, people usually do one of two things: make a product advertisement or a service advertisement. For example, if someone was looking to buy furniture, you could create some pictures and write a short description of the bed or table. The second type of ad is called a deal ad. This is when you offer a limited-time discount or reward on what you’re selling. For example, if someone wants to sell a product, they will state the price and then reduce it over the specified period of time. Both types of ads are effective because even though there is no direct sale, people who might want to buy the item see the ad and come across additional information.

Personalize ads

While it’s tempting to use boring, generic pictures and text in your advertisements, this is not the best way to market yourself or your product. Having a good picture of you will help people connect with you.

Your advertisement should tell someone who you are, what you like, and give a little bit about you so that they can form a feeling towards you. Generic photos and statements do not convey this information.
You can also include something special about yourself in the ad body. Tell your potential customers about your products and where you source them, talk about why your product is better than the others, and emphasize things that make you stand out.

Little things are important

Some of the small things that matter include making sure your ads have an eye-catching title, clearly listed products, and photos or videos that give more detail than just the product list.
These little touches help bring out the right messages for your audience, and hopefully stick around long enough to connect with someone.

Use the correct currency

When you post an ad, you must first determine the price. Depending on the type of item you are selling, your price may be determined by how much money you want to make.
Important points for determining the price of your items are quality, condition – new or second-hand, if second-hand, whether or not there are any marks.

Be detailed in your descriptions

Both in the online space and in physical stores, we discover in one way or another the pros and cons of a given product.

Unlike physical stores, where we have physical contact with the offered goods, in the online space we rely entirely on the description and photos of the products. Without these basic product description components, we as customers would have no interest as we have no idea what the product is being offered.

For example, there is a photo of a garment, but a basic description such as material and size is missing, we have a description but no photo, the description has no way of imagining what is offered for sale.
In short, when we post an ad we must have at least one picture and basic information about the product.
